Returns Policy
Changed your mind? No worries. You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note we’ll only refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (eg. you received an incorrect or defective item).

We'll process your refund within 30 days. Once it's all done on our end, it's over to your bank. They'll usually take 3-5 working days to pop the funds back into your account.

Shipping
All UK orders are processed within 1-3 working days and shipped for 2 days delivery. We’ll send you an email regarding the dispatch of your order and when we expect it to arrive. Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently don’t ship internationally. However if this is something you're particularly interested in, feel free to get in touch with us about it.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to Covid-19 and increased online shopping, Royal Mail deliveries are taking 1-2 weeks, sometimes longer. Also if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. So please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll contact you via email or telephone.
